We recently traveled to Málaga in Spain for a much-needed sun holiday and to kickstart our Summer!
This marked our second time in the Andalusia province, having spent NYE in Seville. The city is located on the Costa Del Sol and we stayed in Torremolinos (which is a 30 minute tram ride from the centre of Málaga) for the duration of our time there, as we fancied staying in beach/resort area (plus it was cheaper!)
We stayed in a fantastic location; a self-catering apartment run by the friendliest Spanish woman and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was great to be able to walk the length of the promenade along the beach, and with this location, we weren’t too far away from Aqualand and Tivoli World – ideal if you’re looking for something fun to do during the day.
We spent a couple of our evenings in Málaga, going out for dinner and drinks. We also did a bike tour one morning, followed by a hike up Castillo de Gibralfaro which was a great way to sightsee and get some exercise in!
Below are a selection of some photos that I’d taken in Málaga:

We ate in so many great places while we were there too, I love Spanish food, so I may do a follow-up post dedicated to the fantastic food we had too!
